2. Booking enquiries
When you send a booking enquiry, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number, travel dates, number of guests, room selection, booking status and technical booking identifiers such as the booking reference and cancellation token. These details are stored so that we can review, answer, confirm or cancel your enquiry and keep an appropriate record of it.
For public booking enquiries, we also store the time at which you consented to the privacy policy.
3. Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number, travel period, number of guests and message. The information is sent by email to the operator so the enquiry can be handled and is not permanently stored as a contact record in this system.
4. Email notifications
Emails may be sent to guests and the operator in connection with booking and contact processes. The contact and process information required for this purpose is passed to the configured SMTP email provider.
5. Maps
A Google Maps map can be loaded on the contact page. The map is only loaded after you actively choose to do so. Personal data such as your IP address, browser information and referrer may then be transferred to Google.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website currently does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Technically necessary login information may be stored in the browser for the protected administration area.
7. Retention and deletion
Booking data is retained only for as long as it is required to process the booking, provide evidence, comply with legal obligations or serve legitimate business purposes. Older guest data can be anonymised in the administration area after the defined retention period.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
